Spring is just a few months away so I am making the best out of the cold weather by putting baby M in some cute winter outfits. Unlike the other parts of Canada, Metro Vancouver’s temperature rarely drops below 0° celcius. So, a good parka is enough to keep you warm in the winter. Some days, the parka alone is all you need and you can skip the layering all together.
I I love knitted sweaters, beanies and scarves. It is a staple in my closet during the cold months. My love for it is so strong that it has bled through baby M’s closet as well. There is just something about it that feels and looks so homey. In addition, it is also very warm and cozy.
Denim is not only for spring and summer. You can also integrate it into your wardrobe during the fall. All you need to do is layer.
This outfit screams fall to me. Who does not love a good coat and knee high boots combo in this cool weather?
The days are getting colder. Soon enough we would have to bring out our thicker sweaters and jackets. But for now, a light sweater would do the trick. I have put away all of her summer clothes and pulled out all of her fall clothing which consist of: a lot of neutral and dark tops, sweaters and jeans.
It is officially the first day of fall! Not only will we be seeing a lot of pumpkin spice lattes, cupcakes, muffins, cookies, candles, soap, etc. We will also be seeing and wearing a lot of sweaters, jackets and rain boots to keep us warm and dry this season.
