Happy New Year! I hope all of you kick started 2019 by having a fantastic day with your family and friends. This is the year where I will truly try my best to be a better version of myself. Last year was pretty rocky for me in terms of my health and it negatively affected my family and work. So this year, my focus is on my health. I honestly never knew that it impacted those around me in that way until I did some reflecting over the past couple of days.
I am going to work on these three things to improve my health:
1. Exercise more frequently
2. Eat a healthier diet
3. Reduce my amount of screen time per day – this does not mean that I will be posting
less. I just need to better manage my time to ensure that I am not on the computer
or my phone the whole day.
These things are a lot easier said than done, so to keep me in check I will write a daily journal on here about my progress.
