Burt’s Bees Baby Shampoo and Lotion Review

Burt’s Bees Baby shampoo and lotion has been a part of baby M’s bath time routine ever since she was born.  I have tried other brands of shampoo for a day or two but they just do not compare to Burt’s Bees Baby.  Next thing you know, I am running back to the store to purchase these items to make sure I have it for the next bath time.

There are many things that I love about the shampoo & wash and lotion by Burt’s Bees Baby:

Both products are made with natural ingredients and does not contain any parabens, phthalates, petrolatum or SLS.

  • The shampoo & wash has never dried out or turned baby M’s hair frizzy.  Her hair is very smooth, shiny and tangle free.  Baby M’s skin also feels very soft after taking a bath even without the lush bath bomb.
  • The lotion has a very creamy texture and keeps her skin hydrated throughout the dry winter months.  Baby M has never had dry skin ever since she was born, I swear by this.  It may be because of her genetics, the food she is eating, water consumption, or the shampoo, lotion or maybe a combination of all.
  • Both products smells heavenly.   The original shampoo & wash and lotion has a settle smell of honey. The shampoo & wash also comes in lavender or fragrance free. I have tried all of them but in my opinion, the original one is the best.

The only downside of this product is the price.  It retails for about $8.00 – $12.00 CAD each depending on where you buy it.  You can purchase these products from their website or other stores such as Walmart.

I would definitely recommend this product.  I even got my sister using the lotion and she is not a baby or a toddler.  She is a grown woman.

If you have used this product, let me know what you think on the comments below.
